The End

and once more, just like that, I’m a big fat failure again.  Life has thrown so many obstacles in my way that this project has come to an end – again! I’ve sold all the parts for pennies, never finished the software properly, didn’t finish the woodwork.

Will I ever attempt this again? Unlikely.  I am Abraham and this is my whale.

A word of advice for those on this path – time.  You need TIME for this.  If you have any other parts of your life that demand time, you’ll always struggle to find time for this.

Good Luck and farewell.

    That’s a pity.

I’m actually in the planning phase of my first build. I was looking for other people doing linux based MAME cabs and your site came up. It’s a shame I came to find your site only days after you’ve ended your project.

Life tends to be full of time sinks.. I guess we all need to choose the ones we can live with, eh? Well, I have to go. I think I hear my time sink asking if I’ve taken the garbage out yet. ;-)

Keep the dream alive my friend, you’ll get that cab built one of these days.
